# Anyone experienced this before?

I’ve just started experiencing the above issue today not seen this before? Any ideas what this means? It feels like [a.notefile.net](http://a.notefile.net) is somehow not getting dns?

This looks to me like you’re unable to reach/connect to Notehub. Could you please share some more about your Notecard and setup?
