Hey,
I have the Notecarrier F and I have attached a battery to VBAT and an external power source to V+.
Would this external power source charge the battery ?

Situation → This system is connected to a wall socket which is only ON in the night and this I am unable to get data during the day. Any other efficient way to solve this problem ?

Thank you

Hey @visariakeval,

Yep, using a LiPo battery is a great way to keep your Notecard running in that scenario.

Yes. Just make sure you’re using a single-cell LiPo and that you’re applying 2.5–5.5V to V+. See [this section in the Notecarrier F’s datasheet](https://dev.blues.io/datasheets/notecarrier-datasheet/notecarrier-f-v1-3/#power-information) for full details.
