# Delete a Project

Hi, How do I delete a Project (that I no longer need)? Is it as simple as hitting the “Delete” button (while “in” the project to remove) in the “Project/Devices” page (with the checkbox next to “Status” checked? I wanted to make sure that other projects aren’t affected.

Hey @richf,

I’m not sure whether you’re trying to delete a device, or a Notehub project.

You can delete a device using the steps you describe, or by double clicking the device from the **Devices** page, and scrolling down and clicking the **Delete device** button.

You can delete a Notehub project by going to the project’s Settings screen, scrolling down, and clicking the **Delete project** button.

In either case, other Notehub projects will not be affected.
