# GSM notecard cant sync with notehub

Hi @Pius4109,

It looks like your configuration is correct - can you please post the response to a `card.wireless` request here? It may also be useful to [capture a trace log](https://discuss.blues.com/t/help-my-notecard-is-not-connecting-to-the-cell-network/73?_gl=1*170ut08*_ga*NTcxMjg0Mjc3LjE2NDY2ODQ1ODU.*_ga_PJ7RGMWWBX*MTY5NjYwMTkzMy41NTIuMS4xNjk2NjAyMjcyLjU2LjAuMA) so we can see the details of what’s happening when you try to sync.
