# How to restore gateway funcionality after factory reset?

Hi. I had some issues concerning my modules conectivity to my project at the notehub hoping that factory reseting of the gateway would help me fix it. Now, I need to reconfigure the gateway and the LoRaWAN Quickstart guide tells to notify to the Blues staff to help me.
