# Missing info in session events

Hi,

Since December 12th, signal info is missing from \_session.qo events (rat, rsrp, rsrq, etc).

Is there any reason? When will it be back?

Hi, Is there any update on this as we are still not receiving this information from notehub into our portal for Blues devices. Customers consequently can not see signal strength or type.

Yes, this was fixed on January 5th. Cellular notecard sessions created after then should have the `rssi` field set along with other missing information such as `moved` and `orientation`.
