# No USB on my Swan

Swan doesn’t show up in dev manager on 2 PC’s I have tried with 2 different USB cables. It never did since new. Help or RMA?

Here is lsusb on Linux box  
My Swan never had usb working. Tried on 2 windows boxes and 1 linux. Different cables also. I would like it replaced if there is no help on forum where I posted also. lsusb below on Linux box.

Hi @jderimig,

Sorry to hear about your troubles with Swan! Before we initiate a replacement, I just want to make sure you saw the [Swan Quickstart](https://dev.blues.io/quickstart/swan-quickstart/) as there are a couple of tips in here when using an STM32-based host on Windows or Linux.

let me try with the STM32Cube development environment to see if I can wake the USB up.
