In the blynk tutorials for blues, it says all downlinks from blynk to blues will be in a blynk.qi notefile. But when I use input widgets on blynk I dont get any notefile in notehub. Can anyone help?

I also get device offline when i click the switch widget, but as you can see in the image, it is clearly online.

Hey @Pius4109,

I just gave this a shot and it worked for me, so I’ll attach a few screenshots of what I did.

1. I added a new datastream to my template. (In my case I called the new item `led`.)

1. I added a new switch widget to my device dashboard—making sure to edit the switch and set its datastream dropdown to my new `led` datastream.

1. I saved the dashboard, toggled the switch, and got a `blynk.qi` event in my Notehub project as expected.

Maybe try going through those same steps to see if they work for you? And if not let me know and we’ll try to figure out what’s up.

TJ

Hey @Pius4109 ,

Blynk Team is here.
If you are receiving the “Device is offline” notification, you either didn’t set up the integration with Blues on the “Integration” page, or didn’t map your device on Blynk to the device on Notehub.
To map your device you have to provide a value to Blues Device ID metafield on Blynk. You can read more about this [here](https://docs.blynk.io/en/hardware-guides/blues#device-provisioning).
Alternatively you can just import your device from Blues on the Blynk integration page.

I tried importing but Blynk says All devices have already been imported.

I have also added my Blues Device ID to the metadata but the issue persists. Only uplinks from Blues to Blynk work

Hi, TJ. I did exactly what you did but didn’t get any inbound notes. I also saw a post on the Blynk community about someone having this same problem, but it has also not been resolved.

I solved the problem by deleting the device from my Notehub project, connecting it back to the project, and adding the Blynk token to the environmental variables of the device.
