# ST-Link No Target Found

Hello all,
I am having an issue with my sparrow board where when I connect it to my computer the STMCube IDE cannot detect the board. I have the cube programmer downloaded and it detects the ST-Link just fine. I have updated the ST-Link firmware to the latest version as well. I have noticed that when I plug the sparrow board into the ST-Link all three LED’s remain on which would indicate that it is trying to boot. Is anyone able to help me figure out what is going on? Thank you.
