# SYNC PROBLEM (Waited for more than a day)

Was not able to sync. Waited for long time. Can anyone help me with the problem?

Hi @Shankar and welcome to the Blues community!

My first step to diagnose issues like this would be to consult our guide on [Diagnosing Cellular Connectivity Issues](https://dev.blues.io/guides-and-tutorials/notecard-guides/diagnosing-cellular-connectivity-issues/). It looks like your signal strength is good (see the `[+++-]` in the status response, indicating 3 bars), but there could be other issues depending on your Notecard and what country you are in.

Take a look at that guide and let us know if that helped!
