I am a retired stock analyst who has decided to return to his roots in embedded system design. Recent projects include HVAC control and animal tracking for research. I work in Kicad for hardware design and contributed Geographic PCB annotation to V5.99 (V6 pre-release). Most of my work is around ESP32 or SAMD processors, usually bare metal though for wireless I prefer FCC approved modules for obvious reasons.
