Yeah, those settings should be fine. You’re definitely getting disconnected from Notehub somehow, we just have to figure out why. You’re on the latest firmware (9.1.1) correct?
It’s definitely worth capturing a trace log so we can see what’s happening before/during/after a successful sync with Notehub.
