OK so I removed the two I2C pull-up resistors from the Mojo as a first attempt (Notecarrier has its own), this did not help. I then connected a logic analyzer to the I2C bus and I dont see any communication attempts to the LTC2959 which should be at address 0xC6. I will keep digging to see if I find something else.
Let me correct the above, I do see communication actually… 0xC6 is the 7 bit address. However I am still not sure what the issue is. As mentioned previously and just to confirm if I swap the same Notecard and Mojo over to a Notecarrier X v1.2 then everything works fine.
