What are the sizes / specifications for the screw and the standoff length used to secure the Notecard to its host?
Do these products come with the notecard, or do I need to source them myself?

Thanks very much for your post.
The screw and standoff do not ship with Notecard. They are included if you purchase Notecarrier or Development kit.
The dimensioning of the Notecard as well as the schematics, bill-of-materials (BOM), and dimensioning of the Notecarrier products are available here:
The standoff is labelled as obj1 and the screw as ASS1 in both the schematic and BOM
