Notehub Usage Report?

I’m looking at the events for a device on the Events page for that device used January 9th where I see 3 _web.qo events and 2 Blues Platform events. However, when I view the usage page specifically for this device on that day it reports 8 events and 1 session? Why the discrepancy?

Hi @Willemb,

There could be a couple of things at play here:

  1. One Notehub session is technically two events (opening and then closing).
  2. Verify the exact times of the events, as there could be confusion across local time vs UTC depending on your view.

If it’s neither of the above, can you please provide some screenshots of what you are seeing so we can look more closely?
