Can't create a note via Notehub

Hi,

I’m unable to create a note via Notehub. The error text says “Unable to load available Notefiles for this device” when I tap the NOTE button. The “Add Note” button in the dialog box has no affect.

Hi @richf,

That error means Notehub couldn’t load the list of Notefiles, and the dialog can’t submit without that list, which is why “Add Note” does nothing. It’s a possible bug in Notehub that I’d like to track down though.

To help us confirm, could you send:

  1. Your role in the project (Owner, Developer, Viewer, or Support)
  2. Whether this happens for every device or only one, and that device’s DeviceUID
