I have 6 NoteCards with different NoteCarriers all on the latest firmware ( thought I would state that fact before you ask) and NOT ONE of them will get GPS locations. They are show the Latest Location by triangulation which puts them 100s of yards away from their location. I have placed them (all 6) on the dash of my vehicle and driven all around and they NEVER pick up my location. I have tried every GPS setting there is (allowing Claude to help) and tried every possible combination. What is the trick to get this to work? I have a huge project (tracking vehicles) and I promised the customer this would work and it never has even once. Please tell me what to try. I can provide Unit IDs so you can look at my log since there is no tech support now. Thanks

I’m sure we can get you unblocked. GPS issues are somewhat common due to either antenna-related issues or competition between GPS and the radio. I’d strongly recommend starting with this guide that we built out to help diagnose just these issues:
