Since December 12th, signal info is missing from _session.qo events (rat, rsrp, rsrq, etc).
Is there any reason? When will it be back?

Hey @Alec thanks for the question. Our cloud team is aware of the regression and is working to get the issue resolved as soon as they can. I apologize for the inconvenience, and will keep you posted.

Hi, Is there any update on this as we are still not receiving this information from notehub into our portal for Blues devices. Customers consequently can not see signal strength or type.

The fix should be live already. I’m happy to take a look to see what may be going on here.
Yes, this was fixed on January 5th. Cellular notecard sessions created after then should have the rssi field set along with other missing information such as moved and orientation.
