One of our deployed notecards seems to be stuck in attempts to sync. The only update we are getting on notehub is in the _session.qo file and the device status is not showing up as connected.
We have tried to restart the notecard by setting enviromental variables. The restart was performed but the issue persisted. Is this an issue due to intermittent connectivity?
