I have a Notecard NBGLN which I am commissioning fresh out of the box. It came with FW 9.3.1.17434 and in the In-browser terminal, I successful ran the command firmware install latest. However, it upgraded to FW 11.2.2, not 11.3.1 which I am running on all my new Notecards. I’ve tried several times on 2 different PC’s. I’ve also downloaded the latest FW version .bin file, but I can’t get STMCubeProgrammer to connect to this Notecard over USB. I have the Boot pin connected to VIO while powering up. I have successfully updated FW on Notecards and Starnotes many times like this.
Your advice?

We are actively working on a replacement11.3.2 release to fix some issues found with the previous release. It should be available tomorrow.
