To share some of my hardware design challenges of using notecard, number one is it is not ideal to connect the cellular antenna (on my carrier board) via coax cable. It would be much better from manufacturing and assembly stand point to not have to deal with coax cable. I would prefer to access the antenna signal from underside of notecard with spring loaded pogo pin for example.
