We are using Blues NOTE-WBEX-500. Our factory is in North America, but we would like to update the Notecard firmware and verify that the product is working before we ship to our EMEA customers. What would you recommend to accomplish this?

Unfortunately with that model of Notecard it’s not possible to test cellular connectivity outside of EMEA, as there are no private cell network configs that would accept the esim or create a VLAN to Notehub and so on.
For reference, if you were using the WBEXW, you could configure firmware to set up Wi-Fi during provisioning, test it, and then fall back to cell automatically when it reaches its deployment.

We have a similar problem in reverse here in the UK. Perhaps we could set up some sort of cooperation. I have found the LTE Cat-M Global notecard works well everywhere I have tried it.
I have been successful in getting my code to configure a notecard as long as it has been reset to factory settings.
