Retrieve Airnote Historical Data

Greetings to the Blues support team

So I have been trying to download historical data from the Notehub.io website. I however has noticed that when i try to export the events of my airnote devices to either JSON or CSV, am only able to download documents which contain no data at all. Could you help rectify this as I am only limited to 30 days of data from the airnote Dashboard.

Do kindly help as I am time bound for the analysis of this data. Many thanks

Kachi,

How did you try to export the data?
Selected field and CSV or JSON?

Warm regards,
Rob Oudendijk

Yes rob. I selected CSV and it downloaded a file with no data (0 bytes)

Many thanks

Kachi,

What is your device ID?

Regards
Rob Oudendijk

I have several but here is one - dev:864475046536941

Also… For my analysis I need PM 1.0, 2.5 and 10, Humidity and temperature readings. I find it confusing to identify from the actual downlaoded CSV files. Could you kindly help point out which datasets accurately shows these data

Kachi,

Lots of data in the CSV files. Yes, overwhelming. Some guide/clues are in here:

For exmaple I took out:
body.aqi body.aqi_level body.c02_50 body.humidity body.pm02_5

I tried to find more detailed information about the fields in the export and
I wish we had a document with a description of all the fields. But I could not find it.

Maybe the Blues team can create a document for that.

Regards
Rob Oudendijk.
