I have set up the airnotes with readings displayed on the screen… however after scanning the device, the devise dashboard is showing 0… this seem to be the case across other devices previously installed and deployed ( they weren’t showing 0, yesterday)
Is there a glitch or ongoing device upgrade. Any help or info would be appreciated
I also have to visited notehub and noticed that devices seen under the explore airnote tab seem to also show the same 0 readings when I click on the device dashboard of any of the devices.

So I visited notehub.io and clicked on the dashboard of a random device deployed somewhere in the US (just to see if this problem was unique to the devices here in Nigeria)
@Kachi thanks very much for bringing this to our attention. A new feature went out yesterday which appears to have caused the dashboard issue you’re seeing.
I’m working on a fix for it right now, and I will update this thread again when I get it deployed to production and have verified things seem to be working again as expected.
@Kachi the fix is out now, and I checked the Airnote dashboard for the device you reported showing no data (Airnote Dashboard — Esit-Eket Community) and it is showing data once more.
Please let me know if you notice any further issues, and thanks again for reporting this.
I can pass along your request to the team responsible for the Notehub application. Is there any additional info I can provide for displaying the pm2.5 reading in particular?
