I have a system that has been working without problems for a few weeks. However, I received this message on Notehub, Monday7/13/26 at 2:16 AM {“closed”:true,“why”:“notecard ended the session”}
This is the last event, there is no Online icon, and the system does not respond to a command.
I noticed on several of the systems something was going on around this date and time with some of my other notecard/notecarrier panels.

The first thing I would look at are any _health.qo events in Notehub (for this device and others if you’ve seen other anomalies lately). Specifically look for any brownout warnings, reset reasons, etc.
You can also look at _session.qo events to see if your cell signals are degrading for some reason (bars/RSSI/SINR) or there are any voltage readings trending down.
