Creatging pcbs baseed on the notecard

I normally create daughter boards that plug directly into the notecarrier A, are there better options for creating pcbs around the notecarrier A

Do you mean this sort of thing? This is for a prototype to fit into a specific case. I do that all the time.

How did you get the pinout for the notecard to design the black pcb. I cant find the notecard pinout online.
