New Notecard Cellular Cat-1 bis showing Data Usage 0 KB remaining

I’m using a Notecard Cellular LTE Cat-1 bis North America. New device just added my productUID. Notehub.io for that device under data plan is showing 0 KB remaining. I have several LTE Cat-1 NE up and running showing the correct data usage.

Hi Brian,
Thank you for pointing this out. It turned out to be a bug in our reporting the first day you activated your Notecard. You should see an accurate summary if you check today.
We’ll be fixing this issue in a future update.
