I have a Notecard that is “bricked”. The Notecard is not responsive in any way. When connected to a Notecarrier and powered by USB, there is no communication. The Web CLI does not recognize there is a Notecard connected. There are not telltale LEDs flickering. Normally, I see a red LED flickering. I think there may be a power issue with Notecard? Another Notecard connected to the same setup works fine.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a log of the time it went dead. All I can say is that it was connected in tandem with a Starnote and after a fairly long time trying unsuccessfully to sync via NTN. At the time, it was connected to a Notecarrier XS and powered by USB and a 3.7V Lipo battery. The details of the last successful connection are attached.

Hi @rberkelm,
Can you please try the instructions provided in our guide on recovering a bricked Notecard and let us know if that works?
Rob
Hi Rob
I tried following the guide on recovering a bricked Notecard. Unfortunately my Notecard is unresponsive. There is no comms. Judging by the lack of LED activity, I don’t think there is any power getting to the Notecard. It’s not the carrier either. I’ve tried a Notecarrier A and XS. As I said before, other Notecards work ok on these carriers.
