We have a Notecard 2.2 NOTE-WBNAN that is not connecting to Notehub at all.
The status LED keeps blinking red. It blinks three short red pulses, about every half a second or so, very consistently. It’s not just booting up because it blinks like this indefinitely.
I checked What do the Notecard LED blink patterns mean? but didn’t find the pattern I’m seeing there. I have a video recording of the LED blinking, but I don’t seem to be able to share it here.

Are you able to communicate with the Notecard using the Web REPL or Notecard CLI?

No, there’s no connection to the notecard when using the CLI or the web-based REPL. It wouldn’t even recognize the COM port when trying to put it in boot mode.
