Retrieving Airnote data from notehub

While I know there has been a recent Notehub API reconfig, I am wondering if this impacted Airnote retrievals. We retrieve data from our network of Airnotes several times a day (from dozens of airnotes) and we haven’t seen any new data since Sept 4, which happens to coincide with these API changes. We clearly see data in Notehub using the dashboard, so the equipment is work.

Hi @rickpeltier,

Part of the issue could be that you’ve reached your maximum amount of PATs (personal access tokens) and further calls to the auth/login endpoint are failing.

However, this would be just a short term fix as we will no longer be supporting pulling Airnote data out of Notehub via the API. We do provide a couple of other ways to access Airnote data today:

  1. All historical data is available in this S3 bucket.
  2. The device dashboards provide a link to download that device’s historical data in csv format, for example: https://airnote.live/api/download?deviceUID=dev:863740067276136

Thanks,
Rob

Hey all,

Just to follow up with one more note: we added a new feature to the Airnote dashboards today that allows you to set a routing URL on a device. When set, Notehub will route all data from your device to the specified URL.

If you try it out and have any issues let me know.

Thanks,
