What’s the plan to offer a LoRaWAN certified Sparrow?
Hi @Wooba, thanks for the question, and welcome to the community! We built Sparrow as a way to add low-power wireless connectivity using LoRa to applications that rely on the Notecard (cellular or WiFi) and Notehub for cloud communication and routing. We do not currently have plans to add support for LoRaWAN application or network servers. That said, because the Sparrow modules use a standard STM32 LoTa SiP you can reprogram them to instead communicate directly with a LoRaWAN gateway just as you would with the LoRa dev kit or other device.

Does Blues provide app notes etc describing how to implement a LoRaWAN gateway or end-device using Sparrow? Seems (based on the forum traffic) interest in Sparrow/LoRa is pretty thin.
Hi @Wooba, the sparrow sensors themselves work with any existing LoRaWAN gateway and service like The Things Network, which we recommend.
