LORA Notecard not syncing to notehub

Hi,

I am trying to make the LORA kit to work. I am getting the following error:

{“status”:“LoRaWAN network connect failure {network} {connect-failure} {idle} {extended-network-failure}”}

I tried 2 of 3 notecards. The light on gateway is pulsating blue.

Hi @Udaya and welcome to the Blues community!

Did you by any chance perform a factory reset of the gateway? If so there is some reconfiguration we’ll have to help you with. If not, I would try power-cycling the gateway and your Notecards again.

Hi Rob,

I tried power cycling but that did not help. I did do factory reset at least 3 times since the gateway light changed from blue to green.

Ok that explains it! I will send you a DM with instructions as we need to reconfigure your gateway after a factory reset.
